Eavesdropper strings is an experimental listening mechanism inspired by a 18th century stage magician device. The system connects the exhibition space with the adjacent apartment through sculptural boxes and tubes. Ceramic amplifiers, domestic murmurs from the apartment next door, and tubes become active, “spectral” components of the revisited magic trick.
